Feedback Express—150,000 e-books available from the Library

Written by Sandra Yaegle, Head of Public Services

We received quite a few questions and comments in the 2012 LibQual+® Library assessment survey regarding e-books. Here are some particulars about e-books that we would like to share with you.

Regent University Library provides access to over 150,000 e-book titles through seven online resources:

With the exception of ATLA Historical Monographs, which can only be searched inside the database, these collections are searchable in the Library catalog, the same as the print books. Catalog records for e-books include direct links to each specific resource. See the Library’s e-book information page for instructions on using the Library catalog to find e-books.

Descriptions and tutorials for each of our e-book collections are available from the publishers:

In addition to these subscription databases, the e-book information page also provides links to many free collections, including several free e-audiobook services.
