Do you find the Library catalog to be confusing? Would you like more information on a particular database? Are you not sure how to use the Full-Text Journal Finder? You’re not alone! These are common problems that were mentioned by respondents to the 2011 Customer Satisfaction Survey. The good news is that help is available. The Library website includes a variety of tutorials and guides to make it easier for you to learn to use the Library and find the information you need. Just click on the Tutorials & Guides link under Help on the Library’s home page, and select the topic you’re interested in.

According to the survey, most users who try the tutorials find them helpful. According to one student, “They were informative, and I found them to be helpful when needed. They were clear and concise.”
