Regent University Library conducts an assessment each spring of our services and resources. In the past, we have conducted a customer satisfaction survey to solicit your feedback on how we are doing.
This year the survey will be decidedly different. We will be participating in an international library assessment program called LibQUAL+TM. This unique user survey will begin on February 16th and end on March 13th. We will be surveying all Regent University students, staff, and faculty.
What is LibQUAL+TM
LibQUAL+TM is a suite of services that libraries use to solicit, track, understand, and act upon users’ opinions of service quality.
LibQUAL+TM gives you a chance to tell us where our services need improvement so we can respond to and better manage your expectations. We can develop services that better meet your expectations by comparing Regent University Library’s data with that of peer institutions and by examining the practices of those libraries that are evaluated highly by their users.
How, When and Why take the LibQUAL+ TM survey?
Look for the LibQUAL+TM survey link on the Library home page beginning February 16th and ending March 13th. The survey can be completed in fifteen minutes. An e-mail containing the link will also be sent to all students, staff, and faculty when the survey opens on February 16th.
Need more incentive? You may choose to enter an anonymous drawing to be eligible to win a $50.00 cash prize. There will be a graduate student winner, an undergraduate student winner, a faculty winner, and a staff winner. We will also be awarding five $10 Starbucks gifts cards, and five $10 Amazon.com gift cards.
